主要研究方向:数据驱动的新酶挖掘与理性设计,高附加值天然产物的改性与药效评价;稀有高值植物天然产物的细胞工厂的构建;高值天然产物的产业化示范线建设,生产工艺设计与工程化验证。

学术成果

针对生物转化过程中附加值低、关键酶存在的底物特异性差、重复利用率低和生产成本高等问题,开发了10余种酶制剂改造与产业化应用,实现甘草次酸和甘草新苷、脱氢甘草亭酸等20多个衍生物的可控合成。主持并参与国家自然科学基金、科技部国家重点研发计划课题、企业横向课题和JKW项目等12项项目,以第一作者或通讯作者在Plant CommChinese Chem LettActa Pharm Sin BMetab EngInt J Biol Macromol ACS Synth Biol Bioresource Technol Biotechnol Bioeng 等顶级期刊发表SCI文章40余篇,授权中国、日本专利等14项,参编教材2部。
